A healthy breakfast is the first step to a healthier, better life.
I’ve been trying to eat more nutritious and healthy foods. I have been overweight for most of my life. I also come from a family where diabetes, high blood pressure and cholesterol are common.
I want to have a good quality of life and be fit, active and healthy for my children and, more importantly, for myself.
